At Nayyab Textile, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

We do not accept returns for used, washed, damaged (after delivery), or sale items.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. We will arrange a free exchange or refund after verification.

Return Process

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
